Welcome to the
2018 Lone Star Armory Run and Gun Series
The 2018 Lone Star Armory Run and Gun Series and Championship is the result of a partnership between the US Run and Gun Association (USRGA), Waco Tactical Fitness (WTF), and Sons of the Desert event organizations. In order to host the very first Run and Gun Championship, scores from all five events (Lone Star Opener, Spring Sons of the Desert, Spring WTF, Fall Sons of the Desert, and Fall WFT) will be compiled together. Each competitors’ top three scores from the Series events will be used to formulate a list of the top 50 to 60 Run and Gun competitors over the 5 event Series. The top competitors will receive an invitation to the Lone Star Armory Series Championship. The winner of the Lone Star Armory Series Championship will be crowned the 2018 Lone Star Armory Run and Gun Series Champion and receive the Grand Prize worth no less than $3,000.00.* Please read all entry requirements. How to Qualify for the Lone Star Armory Series Championship
Competitors that meet the qualifications for entry into the 2018 Lone Star Armory Run and Gun Championship will receive a formal invitation by email no later than eight weeks prior to the Championship Event. The location for the Lone Star Run and Gun Championship has not been finalized. However, it will most likely be held in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Competitors that Meet the Following Criteria will Receive an Invitation to the 2018 Lone Star Armory Run and Gun Championship
- Place in the top 5 in any Series event, and/or
- Compete in 3 of the 5 Series events.
- Place in the top 60 of all competitors in the Series.
The Following are Ineligible for Championship Invitation
- USRGA staff or anyone otherwise involved in stage design of Championship.
- Anyone disqualified from a Series event due to not following standard saftey procedures.
- Anyone disqualified from a Series event due to arguing with a Range Officer.
- Anyone disqualified from a Series event due to cheating.
